Dark Matter Labs supported the Winch youth centre in 2016-2017 to develop its local systems change capabilities and launch the North Camden Zone as collaborative movement to improve outcomes for children and young people in a deprived part of Camden.

We ran a series of workshops with senior public, private and civic sector leaders to understand the obstacles they face in creating next generation collaborative systems change and published a series of recommendations in our report Building Impact Movements, as well as enabling the North Camden Zone to fund raise £200k for its work.
