Co-written with our NetZeroCities partners at Demos Helsinki, the paper presents a perspective on how the Cities Mission is progressing in a rapidly changing global playing field. Amongst other findings, it shows the transferrable value of the vertical and horizontal governance and policy coordination that the Mission is fostering in cities, which are particularly relevant as policy priorities evolve across Europe.
