Scotland’s Lead Markets

Working in partnership with Scotland’s recently established, mission-led National Investment Bank, Dark Matter Labs is constructing the methodological process by which lead markets are identified and established to fulfil the bank’s mission-driven agenda.

Initially this work is exploring the spectrum of interventions needed from the bank and other institutions in Scotland, to establish lead markets in two key areas: preventative healthcare and natural assets.
