Design and test new governance, participation, data and funding models for community based retrofit
On behalf of London Councils we explored the evidence for the benefits of collective, community-based retrofit programmes. Using a range of case studies and design, we explored the potential roles of communities and possible pathways. We published a blog post here. We collaborated with Home Energy Action Lab.
