New pathways for infrastructure investment in the context of achieving inclusive growth
Dark Matter Labs provided an international perspective to this research project in partnership with EKOS on behalf of the Scottish Government. The intention of the report is to help develop a more effective understanding of how infrastructure investment supports inclusive growth priorities. The longer-term goal is that the evidence presented will be built upon to inform a new infrastructure prioritisation framework and Scotland’s next Infrastructure Investment Plan (IIP).
